Frisco Friends card registration and activation instructions
Frisco.pl is a fully functional online supermarket, and Frisco Friends is a loyalty program for its customers. Participation in it is based on a simple principle: you register as a private individual (not a company) and automatically become a "friend of Frisco." For each purchase, special points - Friscoiny - are awarded. They can be earned not only for orders (up to a certain limit) but also for completing individual tasks from the store.
The website is not an official website and was not created in collaboration with the company owner. It is solely for informational purposes, and the only official source of information is the website https://www.frisco.pl/.

How to get the card?
The card acquires the status of a Frisco Friends participant after registering an individual account ("Zakupy dla domu") and agreeing to the terms of the program and marketing.
The program is valid in the territory of the Republic of Poland. Currently, the Second Edition of the program is in effect, which will last from 01.11.2024 to 31.10.2025.
To obtain the card:
- Register an account "Konto Frisco, Zakupy dla domu".

- Accept the terms of the program's Regulations and consent to marketing messages.
- After that, your account will be automatically activated as a Frisco Friends participant.

Card registration step by step
Create a personal account "Zakupy dla domu", accept the terms and conditions, and you are already a "Frisco Friend".Here is an example of registering a Frisco Friends card step by step:
- Go to the website or Frisco.pl app for Android and register "Konto Frisco, Zakupy dla domu".

- During registration, accept the Regulations and allow marketing communication.
- After registration, you become a participant, gaining access to Friscoiny and personalized offers.

That's it, the card registration is complete. Next, the card needs to be activated.

| Friscoiny accrual | 10 Friscoinów for every full 30.00 PLN in a single transaction. |
| Exclusions from accrual | Friscoiny are not accrued for: alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, initial baby food, medicinal products, packaging and delivery services. |
| Accrual limit | The maximum order amount for which Friscoiny are accrued is 5,000 PLN (the amount above the limit is not taken into account). |

Activation occurs automatically upon registration, but there are also additional ways, through the website, the app, support.

After creating an account and accepting the terms, you immediately become a participant.
Activation through the app
Go to the "Frisco Friends" section in the personal account panel and check the status. If necessary, repeat the consent.

How to recover the card?
If you have lost access or the card is not working - restore it through the website ("przypomnij hasło") or contact support.
In case of password loss:
- Use the "przypomnij hasło" (remind password) function on the website or in the app.

- If the card is not active or there is a problem. Contact support (email or phone),describe the problem, they will help restore access.
