At the beginning of 2024, ALDI announced that it would start accepting Pluxee coupons and cards (formerly Sodexo) as a payment method. They can be used to pay for purchases in paper, plastic, or electronic form. Pluxee serves more than 50,000 retail outlets throughout Poland, including supermarkets, gas stations, restaurants, pharmacies.

eVoucher Pluxee is an electronic code for a certain amount that provides access to the evoucher.pluxee.pl platform. On this platform, the user can exchange it for one or more eVouchers of specific brands (for example, Biedronka, Empik). Thus, eVoucher Pluxee provides choice, while a specific brand eVoucher can only be used in one designated network.
"Quiet Hours" is a special time in ALDI stores intended for people with autism spectrum disorders and their relatives so that they can shop in comfortable conditions. During this time (Tuesdays from 8:00 to 10:00 and Saturdays from 18:00 to 20:00),music is turned off in the stores, and customers can take advantage of priority in the queue at specially marked checkouts.
The Pluxee card is issued by the employer or organization, after which the user must register on the pluxee.pl website and activate the card.
Pluxee is a non-monetary benefits platform providing prepaid cards, coupons, and electronic vouchers that can be used in ALDI stores.
Pluxee company (Sodexo until 2023) specializes in issuing cards and coupons for employers, loyalty programs, and corporate bonuses.
Partnership with the ALDI Polska network allows customers to pay for purchases with these funds as physical coupons or virtual cards.
Pluxee cards issued by Alior Bank cannot be added to Apple Pay. You can add physical and virtual Pluxee Prezent, Pluxee Nagroda, and Pluxee Lunch cards issued by Imagor and DiPocket issuers.
Surveillance data in ALDI stores is processed for the purpose of property protection, ensuring safety on the premises, and maintaining information confidentiality. Camera recordings are stored for a maximum of 3 months, after which they are overwritten. If the recordings are evidence in a court case, their storage period is extended until its completion.
ALDI accepts all main types of Pluxee products: physical and virtual cards, paper coupons, and eVoucher.
Physical Pluxee cards prepaid cards with contactless payment function (NFC). They can be used at the checkout like a regular bank card.
Virtual Pluxee cards (Imagor / DiPocket) are available in the Pluxee app and compatible with Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Paper Pluxee coupons classic vouchers that are accepted in all ALDI stores.
Electronic vouchers (eVoucher) digital code that is exchanged for vouchers for specific brands through the evoucher.pluxee.pl platform.
Old-style Sodexo coupons are also accepted by ALDI until their expiration date.
New promotion mechanisms have been introduced since 24.03.2025. They include:
These promotions are calculated automatically at the checkout after scanning the products and do not require coupon activation or loyalty card scanning. The calculated discount (rebate) will be visible on the receipt in an additional line marked OPUST. However, each promotion may have a specific limit of pieces per receipt.
The card can be temporarily blocked through the Pluxee app, and the balance can be checked at any time through the website.

Pluxee cards can be used for online purchases and contactless payments, but not all types allow cash withdrawal.
For online payments, card data is used (number, expiration, CVC).
Apple Pay and Google Pay are supported for virtual cards.
Cash withdrawal is possible only from Pluxee Prezent and Nagroda cards, if permitted by the employer.
Withdrawal fee 4% (minimum 6 zlotys).
Lunch and Posiłek cards are intended exclusively for food payment and do not support cash withdrawal.
