ROZETKA Delivery personal account is the center for managing all shipments. Through it, you can create parcels, manage returns and control the balance of logistics services.
The personal account interface is simple and functional. Here available:
- creation of regular and fulfillment shipments;
- editing data, canceling orders;
- generation of express invoices;
- formation of registers for bulk shipments;
- working via API (for online stores).
The mobile application is fully synchronized with the site account.
The recipient can confirm receipt of the goods through the app, personal account or SMS code.
What are the maximum restrictions on length, actual weight and volumetric weight for shipments accepted for delivery?
Shipments are accepted for issuance organization services where the longest side does not exceed 120 cm. At the same time, the actual weight of the shipment should not exceed 15 kg, and the volumetric weight should not exceed 30 kg. In case of exceeding the established weight, Rozetka may refuse to accept such a shipment.
How to receive a parcel at Rozetka branch?
The parcel can be received at any Rozetka store that acts as a pickup point.
Average delivery time up to 5 days (from Kyiv 2–4 days).
After arrival, the parcel is stored free of charge for 10 days, with the option to extend by 2 days. The recipient has the right to inspect the goods before payment, check the completeness and use the fitting room.
Some categories of goods are not subject to opening:
- sealed products;

The shipment can be packed in stretch film instead of a box if it consists of one large item (for example, kettle, iron, blender, etc.),and its factory packaging is made of multilayer, rigid cardboard. The item should be wrapped in two, maximum three layers of film.
